2003 Survey of Members of the UNT Planning
Council on
Future Academic Programs at UNT
As members of the task force on new programs for UNT, we want your input about what new programs should be planned for the future. We are interested in your opinion about how critical changes in future workforce demand, competition with other universities, and other factors should translate into new programs offered at UNT over the next 15 years. Please also think about what professional programs we should have at UNT to better address our mission and vision. Please complete this short survey BY FEBRUARY 26TH so that we can use your ideas in our report to the UPC. If you have any questions about the survey, please call any members of the task force (see the end of the survey). Thanks for your help.

Academic
degree/certificate programs where future
North Texas workforce demands call for adding or expanding programs at UNT
Please provide up to 3 new or current degree or certificate programs at UNT that you believe should be added or expanded at UNT over the next 15 years because there is/will be a large demand in the workforce for graduates in these areas, etc. Tell us if the program should be a major (M) or a concentration in a current major (C) or a new program (N). Indicate the level of the program (BA, etc., check all that apply). Using a scale of 1-5 (1-lowest priority and 5-highest priority indicate the importance of the program.
