Intensive English Language Institute

Accreditation

The IELI is fully accredited for the period of April 2005 through April 2015.

It is one of the first English language programs in the U.S. to be accredited for 10 years, the longest period of time granted by the Commission on English Language Programs Accreditation (CEA). Only the very best programs with an excellent curriculum and outstanding student services achieve this level of accreditation. The CEA announced the 10-year accreditation in April of 2005.

In 2000 the IELI was among the first programs to achieve accreditation by the newly created CEA.

With accreditation comes the commitment by the IELI to "agree to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions." CEA is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as a national accrediting agency for English language programs and institutions in the U.S. Find out more at www.cea-accredit.org
