What Students Say about the Language Lab

Wu Yun-Jui (Jodi), a student from Taiwan, says, "Everyone knows the computer is important because every job uses computers. However, I had never used the computer until I came to the U.S. The first time I went to the computer lab, I was nervous because I didn't know how to use the computer. I told this to my lab teacher, and she was very kind and told me how to use it. But I was too nervous and always pressed the wrong keys. She didn't get angry and still taught me patiently.
"After that time, when I had lab class, my teacher always asked me "Do you have any questions?" and taught me slowly. Now I am happy because I can use the computer to find any information that I want, and I can practice reading, listening and spelling to improve my English skills. I like the computer lab."

"In the language lab, we can practice English more by ourselves, and kind workers always help us to use the computers. We can see movies, also," says Ayumi Kusu from Japan.

Kim, Kyung-Min from Korea says, "I can do listening practice, search for everything on the Internet, and see movies in the lab!"
