Career Exploration - UCRS 2100
A one-hour elective class that helps students select a major and career. Contact the College of Arts and Sciences Office of Student Advising at 565-2051. The Counseling and Testing Services (Chestnut Hall 311, 565-2731) provides testing and individualized counseling to assist with a major or career field selection.

Commuter and Off Campus/Non-Traditional Student Services

Serves as a liaison between on and off-campus student life, and is responsible for the delivery of services and resources to commuter, off-campus and non-traditional students. Services provided include assistance in locating off-campus housing/apartments, carpools, ride share, roommate lists and off-campus housing boards.

Computer Labs
General Access Labs are an important resource for all students. With a valid ID you can access Pentium computers, power Macintoshes, laser printers, color printers, color scanners, word processors, presentation software, and an array of adaptive technology. Use the labs for writing research papers, preparing class presentations, sending and receiving e-mail and exploring the Internet. Provides confidential, professional, short-term (8 sessions per academic year) psychological counseling to currently enrolled students. Counseling is available for the areas of educational, vocational, marital, emotional and personal adjustment and development for UNT students. Counseling and Testing services also serves as a national testing center and computer-based testing site for the GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, and CLEP. The computer based testing is located in the Gateway Center 140, 369-7617.
