Simple Divorce

Our office will provide you with a self-help divorce packet which can be used if your spouse agrees to equally divide your assets and liabilities. If you have children or own a house, you'll need to meet with Assistant Director Susan Fisher, who has extensive experience in family law issues.

Changing one's name is a very easy process. Our office has developed a self-help packet to guide you through the steps required under Texas law.
