Modesto, Calif., retired as sales manager in the computer marketing
business in Phoenix, Ariz. He moved to Modesto after
living in Phoenix and Rio Rancho, N.M., and says he's enjoying the
nearby mountains and ocean and other travel in the area.
Dallas, has been honored by Concordia University at Austin. The university placed his Concordia Stags basketball
jacket in its trophy case to represent teams from its Concordia College
days. He played on the 1955-56 team before transferring to North
and Margie Marion ('66), Allen, were honored by the Allen
ISD in October
at the dedication of the district's new James and Margie
Marion Elementary School. Margie retired in 1990 as the district's
head librarian, and James retired in 1991 as principal of Roundtree
is vice president of financial and e-business information technology
applications at Saks Inc. in Jackson, Miss. Previously, he had
a 32-year career with Texas Instruments and IBM.
McLeod, Galveston, attorney and former state
legislator, has been appointed a member of the State Bar of Texas
College Board of Directors.

pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church in Denton.
E. Smith, Temple, president of the Temple Santa
Fe Community Credit Union, celebrated 25 years of service there
in October. He serves on the National Board of Railroad Credit
Unions and has volunteered with the Children's Health Center
at Scott and White Memorial Hospital and Clinic in Temple for several
