Dale Haywood
(Ph.D.), Midland, Mich., professor of business at Northwood University, was the first recipient of the Samuel R. Marotta Faculty Ethics Award, which honors integrity and high ethical standards. He has taught at Northwood University for 37 years.

Debra Wilson Wakeland
, Waxahachie, was named president and CEO of the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce in September. She was convention and visitors director and vice president of the chamber before being named to her new position. She says she would love to hear from old friends at dwakeland

Judy A. Credicott
(M.Ed.), Abilene, joined the Hardin-Simmons University Irvin School of Education faculty as a visiting instructor this school year. She had served as an adjunct professor there for two semesters, supervising student teachers. She has also been an adjunct professor at McMurry University in Abilene and at Texas State Technical College in Breckenridge.

Deborah Holman Scales
, Boerne, teaches third grade at Fabra Elementary School in Boerne. She married David D. Scales, who co-owns an industrial construction company, in April.

H. Allen Beam Jr.
, Purcellville, Va., has been appointed director of financial reporting and analysis for the Freedom Forum, a nonpartisan foundation based in Arlington, Va., that supports free speech and a free press. He has more than 15 years of financial management and information systems experience.

Margaret Anderson Daly (Ph.D.), Lubbock, and her husband, Timothy, announce the birth of their second child, Morgan Elizabeth Daly, on July 28. They also have a son, Michael, who is 2.

Keith Marceau, West Liberty, Ohio, was recently hired as the PC/LAN administrator for Transportation Research Center in East Liberty, Ohio. He is married and has three children.
