Mark Wendell Hutchison, Kennesaw, Ga., has become a member of FujiFilm's Pro Talent Team. He has also been awarded a national ad campaign by FujiFilm and the Steuben Glass Award by Eastman Kodak. He won "Best of Show" at North Texas' annual art show in 1982.
Ron Jackson, Terre Haute, Ind., has completed six years as president of Ron Jackson & Associates Inspection Services Inc. He is a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He has been married to Loreen Finkler Jackson ('81) for 23 years and has three daughters. Loreen does contract work for the U.S. penitentiary in Terre Haute and homeschools their daughters.
Daryl Stapper, Belton, recently returned from a tour in the Republic of Korea, where he served as the Operation Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of the Combined Forces Command Provost Marshal Office. He will serve as the Operation NCOIC for the Provost Marshal Office for Law Enforcement
in Fort Hood. He is married and has two daughters.
Rusty Reid, Fort Worth, was named Insurance Graduate of the Year by the UNT Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law. The honor recognizes his community service, professional achievement and service to the university. He has been president and CEO of Higginbotham & Associates insurance brokerage since 1989.
Brenda Crowhurst Gerken (M.Ed.) and John Gerken III ('86), Apex, N.C., welcomed their third child, William Patrick, in December 2003. They also have a son, John Gerken IV, and daughter, Holly.

Its web site, which is about two years old, recorded more than 1 million page loads in March and was expected to record another million before the end of the summer.
T. Scott Stromberg, Frisco, works as a senior usability designer for Countrywide Financial Corp. He and his wife, Sammie Robinson Stromberg ('88), have been married 15 years and have two children, Joshua and Noah. Sammie manages ArtBoy, their fine art studio.

Laura Dickenson Carman, Lewisville, has started the 343 Memorial Climb in honor of the 343 firemen who died in New York City on Sept. 11, 2001. The stair climb was scheduled to take place Sept. 11 at Ameriquest Field in Arlington. It raised money to help families of U.S. firemen who die in the line of duty.

He previously worked as systems manager for the Coastal Resource Sharing Network, a consortium of libraries located along the Oregon coast.
