Joyce M. Curtis ('60 M.S.), Abilene, Professor Emeritus at Abilene Christian University, received the Pathfinder Award at the Texas Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance convention in Corpus Christi in December. The award recognizes women for their dedication to the advocacy of girls and women in sport and sport leadership in Texas. At North Texas, she was a member of the women's volleyball team as a freshman and sophomore and the women's tennis team as a junior and senior.
