Experts are unsure as to the creation of North Texas Television, but current theory holds that it was started around 1980-something A.D. and has continued to prosper into this new millennium. In all seriousness, though, North Texas Television (NTTV for short) has been helping the Denton Community and students of the University of North Texas by providing interesting and informative content, as well as training students with hands on opportunities at real world situations. Through the years, North Texas Television has grown to be a staple of the UNT RTVF program, providing an enriching learning experience in television production. With over 15 NTTV student produced shows last year, totaling over 100 hours of content, NTTV has been creating and inspiring true success stories in each and every student. NTTV is all about people. From our ever helpful student staff, to those acquiring credit in our Practicum program, and especially our ready and driven volunteer force, NTTV is the type of family that embraces everyone and can help make students dreams into reality. To really see what NTTV is all about, simply peruse this website, turn on your television, or drop by RTVP building 261. You'll be glad you did. |
