The ODA is pleased to announce the hiring of our first, full time Testing Coordinator. We're hoping for a start date prior to the first day of Fall classes. More details to come!
ODA Q&A Forums are going to be offered 3 times during the Fall of 2009. Right now they are scheduled for September 17th, October 22nd, and December 3rd at noon in the University Union, Ponder Room. These will be opportunities for ODA staff to share information about important procedures and updates. Also, you'll have an opportunity to ask questions of the full time staff.
ODA Group Orientation sessions starting this Fall! It's hard for students with disabilities to connect with other students who receive accommodations, and there's so much vital information that can be learned from fellow students. Therefore, we are now going to offer group orientations so that from the start, students can connect!
Turn in Accommodation Requests for Fall
Make sure and request your Fall accommodations by dropping off a "green sheet" at our office. We especially need these requests as early as possible if you use our document conversion, sign language interpreting, alternative furniture or CART services.
