Judea Pearl, father of Daniel Pearl, speaks Oct. 20 at UNT
Dr. Judea Pearl, father of slain Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, will speak as part of Daniel Pearl World Music Days, honoring the reporter and musician who was kidnapped and killed in Pakistan in 2002.
UNT to host women's health expert, Judy Norsigian on Oct. 22
Norsigian, co-author of Our Bodies, Ourselves, will deliver a talk titled "The Impact of the Media on Women's Health: Sorting Fact from Fiction" at 6 p.m. The event is free, and a book signing will follow.
