Ride with
Mean Green pride

Display your UNT school spirit

Since 1991, UNT alumni, faculty, staff and students have been riding with Mean Green pride on Texas roadways and beyond by sporting UNT license plates. In May 2011, the university began offering its current "Mean Green" plate design as a new fun way for members of the UNT community to show their green pride on the go.

Today, hundreds in the UNT community are part of the university’s license plate program and we’re focused on growing the number of Mean Green plates on roadways with your support. Order your plate now.

Contribute to the academic success of a UNT student

You’ll take great pride in knowing that as a member of the Mean Green family you can make a difference with the purchase of a Mean Green plate. A portion of proceeds from every plate sale and renewal goes to fund student scholarships at UNT and is tax deductible.

UNT's license plate program has raised more than $127,000 and counting for student scholarships. Let’s keep paying it forward by supporting our students and helping them achieve their college dream.
