SUBJECT: ACADEMIC COMMON MARKET (V.T.C.A. SECTION 160.07)

APPLICABILITY: STUDENTS

The student must originally apply and be accepted to the Toulouse School of Graduate Studies at the University of North Texas. This acceptance must be to a program that is included, by the University of North Texas, in those offered for participation in the Academic Common Market. The student then must contact his/her home state coordinator of the Academic Common Market at his/her Commission on Higher Education. If the coordinator certifies the student to participate in Academic Common Market (ACM), a letter will be sent to the Toulouse School of Graduate Studies certifying the student for participation. A copy of this letter is sent to Student Accounting and University Cashiering Services for waiver processing. The student will continue to receive the waiver for future semesters.

Under this waiver, the non-resident students are entitled to pay resident tuition plus all fees.
