APPLICABILITY: FACULTY, STAFF Before any brochures for seminars, institutes, or faculty assisted registrations listing tuition and fees are printed, the fee must be assessed in writing by Student Accounting and University Cashiering Services. Student Accounting and University Cashiering Services is responsible for reviewing the waiver of mandatory fees in accordance with University policy, i.e., Property Damage Deposit, Student Union fee, Medical fee, Transportation fee, Recreational Facility fee, late fees, etc., after receipt of written request from the academic department stating length of class, method of registration, and class description. Requests for waiver of course fees are approved through Academic Affairs. The Faculty Assisted Registration forms can be obtained at the Registrar's Office. All registration requirements must be met through the Admissions Office
and the Registrar's Office, before registration can be completed. Student
Accounting and University Cashiering Services will instruct the department
on how tuition and fee payments can be collected.
