SUBJECT: CHECK CASHING

APPLICABILITY: FACULTY/STAFF - BENEFITS ELIGIBLE POSITIONS

A check cashing service is provided to all individuals classified as benefits eligible. Checks may be cashed in Student Accounting and University Cashiering Services from 8:15am – 5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Employees may cash one check up to $200.00 each day and cannot have an outstanding balance with the university.

Travel advance checks from the Travel section in Purchasing and Payment Services may be cashed for the exact amount of the check if funds are available.
