SUBJECT: UNIVERSITY UNION 

APPLICABILITY: TOTAL UNIVERSITY

SECTION SEVENTEEN - Lyceum

1. The Lyceum is reservable Monday-Friday after 3p.m. and Saturday and Sunday during normal operating hours.

2. Food and beverages are not allowed in the Lyceum.

3. State fire regulations prohibit standing, sitting, or adding chairs in the aisles of the Lyceum.

4. Stage arrangements must be made in advance with the Union Technical Coordinator.

5. A Union technician is required for all events in the Lyceum. All Union equipment must be setup and operated by Union technicians. Technical requests must be arranged through Verde Scheduling and approved in advance.

6. Room rental includes one technician. Additional technicians will be billed at the regular rate.

7. Outside equipment is prohibited unless approved in advance by the Union Technical Coordinator.

8. Groups may not store equipment in the projection booth.

9. Any damage to or loss of equipment in the Lyceum is to be reported to the technician on duty.
