All decorating arrangements must be made through and approved by Scheduling Services. Charges will be assessed for early facility access. Under no circumstances is anything to be attached to facility walls.
The University Union assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of articles, equipment or other items left on the University of North Texas campus premises prior to, during or following an event. All personal and supplier effects are to be removed at the end of event. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged to the person(s) named responsible for event.
The University Union is not responsible for any injuries that might occur while an individual/group is decorating for an event.
