President's Community Engagement Council
Mission: The Community Engagement Council provides leadership and structure to the process of engagement. The council will develop a plan for increased community engagement in order to coordinate and leverage existing efforts and foster new and continuing collaborations. The council also will track, assess and celebrate community partnerships, widely communicating the mutual benefits achieved. And the council will strengthen the culture of engagement by building collaborative partnerships that enhance the cultural, social and economic well-being of both UNT and its community partners, with a particular focus on the expansion of strong, regional "hometown" alliances.
