Faculty Executive Assistant to the President

Mission:
The Faculty Executive Assistant to the President:

• provides staff support on special projects as directed, for example, chairing an Honors Day Review committee and chairing UNT's National Collegiate Athletic Association Recertification;
• serves as an ombudsman regarding student concerns reported to the President;
  • investigates the student concerns reported to the President;
  • submits the results of the investigations to the President;
• writes and reviews correspondence and staff papers;
• represents the President at various functions and activities;
• presents the questions from the President's Staff to the President during the Staff Sack Lunches;
• reviews and researches unanswered questions raised during the "Let's Talk" sessions that are held to provide students with an information forum where they may discuss issues and concerns directly with the President.
