Architectural rendering of all proposed changes for the library mall In addition to a new lighting system installed in the Library Mall area, trees have been added to adorn a new plaza in the area nearest the Administration Building. Richard Rafes, senior vice president for administrative affairs, says expanded water features and other renovations are planned for the area depending on available funds.
