Progress Report Update | Click to read

Mission: The Management Excellence Council exists to provide a continuous review of the university's operational processes, service standards, and effectiveness measures, and to improve them at every opportunity. The Council has a broad mandate to engage any and all aspects of university practices that support UNT's strategic aims and will do so with the objective of heightening the experience that all members of the UNT community have when interacting with the staff, faculty and administrative offices.

Planning tool:

The President's Management Excellence Council has developed a tool to assist the university community in project feasibility and planning. The tool is meant to help divisions and departments evaluate and plan projects more strategically and is intended for internal use. If you are initiating a project that would require funding, the council recommends that you use the form and submit it to your supervisor for consideration. If you have any questions or comments about this new tool, please email
