Dance Marathon is a philanthropic event on university campuses nationwide. This event occurs at more than 80 universities nationwide raising money and awareness for Children's Miracle Network. At the University of North Texas, the inaugural Dance Marathon will culminate into a final celebration of a crazy, fun 12-hour dance-a-thon!
Dance Marathon combines music, food, games, and theme hours, as well as, dancing in our twelve hour, campus-wide event! Dancers receive donations for volunteering to stay on their feet for the duration of the event. Download the application (pdf).

The Coalition of Black Organizations and the Black Graduate Student Association are hosting the Black Leadership Conference on April 4, 2009. The theme for this year's conference is "Empowerment through Education: Leadership at All Levels".
