The University of North Texas Graduate General Access Computer Lab is available to the entire university's graduate student population. The lab is located on the 2nd floor of the Information Sciences Building (otherwise known as the Science Library) in room 205C. If you'd like directions to the lab click here. The lab has several features that are not available at all General Access Labs on campus. First, it is a graduate student only lab. This means that while other labs may have a long line of graduate and undergraduate students, the Graduate General Access Lab usually does not because only graduate students are allowed. (There is one exception to this rule. If you are an undergraduate student taking courses in the School of Library and Information Sciences, you are also welcome.) Another feature of the lab is that it has software that most graduate students may need. For example, it has both SAS and SPSS as well as Adobe Acrobat for creating PDF files. It also has both a high-speed laser printer and a photo-quality color printer. Any graduate students with a valid University of North Texas ID card may use this lab. The lab operates on a first come, first serve basis. No reservations will be made for single users. If you would like more information, please follow the links provided.
