• Checking Into the Lab

The Graduate General Access Lab operates on a first-come-first-served basis. No reservations will be made for single users. Students must present their current University ID card. If a student does not have their University ID, one-time access may be provided with a picture ID (a Driver's License will do nicely) for students who are in the lab database. The lab monitor will keep the ID card while the student is in the lab.

  • Waiting List

A waiting list will be maintained when necessary and computer use will be limited to two hours per student.

  • One User Per Station

Only one user will be allowed per workstation, so that all users may be provided a quiet, non-distracting atmosphere.

  • No Eating, Drinking, or Tobacco Chewing

There will be absolutely no eating, drinking, or tobacco chewing in the lab.

  • Assistance from Lab Monitors

Lab monitors are responsible for assisting students with gaining access to software, exiting, printing, and saving. Lab monitors may not touch the keyboard.
