SLIS Alumni Society Membership Information

 

  
 

There are two types of membership available:

  • Annual membership = $25.00 per year
    (Only $10.00 if you join before graduating)

  • Lifetime membership = $250.00
    (can be paid in installments)

What are the benefits of joining?

  1. All lifetime membership funds and $15 of the $25 annual membership supports the Lady Kate Medders Alumni Scholarship.  The remainder of the annual memberships and the $10 student membership supports the work of the Alumni Society.

  2. You receive advance notice for all Alumni Events.

  3. You receive 10% off on individual registration for non-degree continuing education programs. (Watch for new affordable Library Education @ Desktop programs at www.LEADonline.info)

  4. You are eligible to vote in Alumni Society elections and to serve on the Board.

  5. You are eligible to participate in SLIS Village, our electronic communication venue.
