Applications
Organizations often find survey research to be the most accurate and useful
information source when they desire to identify and analyze the perceptions,
opinions, and needs of large or small populations. These opinions may include
those of citizens of a city, customers of a non-profit or business organization,
or employees within any of these organizations.
Survey research is extremely versatile and can be designed to meet a client's
specific information needs such as:
- Customer or user opinions and perceptions on goals, services, policies,
and areas of special interest.
- Customer or user satisfaction with services.
- Opinions, perceptions and needs of specific customer or user groups:
business owners, demographic groups, or facility users.
- Employee opinions and perceptions on all aspects of the organization.
