SRC STAFF

Dr. Paul Ruggiere
is the director of the Survey Research Center. Dr. Ruggiere has a strong background in population research and has conducted numerous employee and customer surveys. His survey skills have been applied to public opinion, government assessment, program evaluation, and needs assessment projects. Dr. Ruggiere is responsible for project management and reporting. Dr. Ruggiere has a BA in Marketing and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of North Texas
Ms. Veronica L. Kronvall,
SRC's field director, manages the recruitment and training of interviewers for SRC projects. She has extensive experience in the training, monitoring and evaluation of employees who work via the telephone. Ms. Kronvall holds a BS in psychology from West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas, and an MSIS in criminology and psychology from the University of North Texas. Prior to joining the SRC's staff, Ms. Kronvall was the supervisor/manager at a telephone marketing company in Fort Worth, Texas.
Ms. D’Arlene Ver Duin
is a project manager at the Survey Research Center. Ms. Ver Duin has worked on research projects for industry, local governments, and state government agencies. Ms. Ver Duin holds a bachelors degree in Sociology and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.

Ms. Marielena Carpanzano,
SRC Program Assistant, assists project managers in the development and implementation of assigned special projects. She assists in the collection, tabulation, and coding of data; contacts respondents; and tracks responses. She also assists in the programming of the CI3/CATI system and SPSS data files. Ms. Resendiz is currently pursuing a degree at Texas Woman’s University.

Ms. Marilyn Murphy,
SRC Administrative Assistant, is responsible for personnel, fiscal management, maintenance of budget processing for all projects, office coordination in addition to assisting the assistant director and director in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
