About the System
The University of North Texas System serves the North Texas area, boosting economic activity in the region by $1.3 billion annually. More than 37,000 students are enrolled in undergraduate, graduate and professional programs, and system enrollment is projected to increase to about 50,000 students by 2015.
System Highlights
The new Main Street Garden Park will provide a delightful attraction to downtown Dallas - and the higher education initiatives of the UNT System. Construction of this dynamic new oasis is scheduled to begin this October with targeted completion in October, 2009. The park will be a perfect “commons” style gathering spot for students, staff, and faculty at the Universities Center at Dallas and the proposed UNT College of Law. More...
