Academic Travels Conference Registration Refund Policy

In the event that a conference participant is unable to attend the Academic Travels Conference a refund of the $40.00 conference registration fee may be granted so long as the registrant confirms that they will not attend the conference by Tuesday May 20^th, 2008 via email (to treyanderson@unt.edu ) or phone at (940) 565-4464. Requests for refunds received after May 20^th, 2008 will not be considered.
