When enrollment at the Dallas Campus reaches 1,000 full-time equivalent students, the University of North Texas at Dallas — the first public university in the city of Dallas — can be opened. This new institution of higher learning is being built on 264 acres at Houston School and Camp Wisdom roads in southern Dallas and will generate:
