It is your Internet Services password. If you do not remeber your password, you may go to the site http://ams.unt.edu to reset it.
This site simply realizes that you logged in, checks you against various criteria for security purposes, synchs the passwords and logs you out. That is why it seems like you don't go anywhere when you login.
You may request space for your web site by contacting Central Web Support at cws@unt.edu. Please include your name, EUID, and a small description of the content of your web site.
Adobe Dreamweaver: Dreamweaver uses WebDAV connections to publish. In the Manage Sites, be sure to put the URL as http://www.unt.edu:8080/site to expedite publishing.
Microsoft FrontPage: As Microsoft is dropping support for FrontPage, CWS is no longer supporting the FrontPage application or server extensions. Please migrate your site to Adobe’s Dreamweaver or contact Central Web Support at cws@unt.edu for more information.
WebDAV: If you do not have access to Adobe Dreamweaver, you may use the WebDAV protocol. See the tutorial relative to your OS at the CWS tutorial page.
To obtain an account on the streaming media server, you may contact cws@unt.edu please include your name and EUID. For instructions on uploading your files to the media server see our Tutorials page.
