Miscellaneous but important Information
If
you wish, you can obtain a student ID card. The ID Systems
department is located in the Eagle Student Services Center (#22 on the map)
and can be reached at 940-565-4481.
Survival Tip! On Campus Computer Access!
The computer lab in the Gateway Center is for class instruction ONLY! If you
want to use a computer outside of scheduled class lab times, you may use the
Graduate General
Access Lab in the ISB building with a picture ID or, if you have a UNT ID, you may use any of the
General Access
Labs. The lab in the Science and Technology Building is open late and
the lab in the Willis Library is open 24 hours. Otherwise there are
terminals for classwork only available in the reference sections of Willis
library and the Science and Technology Library. (Willis is #3 on the campus
map, ISB is #4)
Be
sure to check out the UNT Library and the services offered to distance
learning students.
Your EUID will give you access to WebCT and the Library's electronic
services. Find your EUID here.
One
source for textbooks is the UNT
Bookstore. They can be reached at
940-565-2592 or at unt@bkstr.com. Textbooks
may be purchased through other online vendors such as Amazon.com
or Barnes & Noble.com.
Survival Tip! Come to campus if you want to visit the bookstore and
get your UNT photo ID. If you are an enrolled
student, you
