Requirements

All students (except those in the School Librarianship Program of Study) must begin their master's program with SLIS 5000. Students may take SLIS 5000 by itself or with either one or both of the other two core courses (SLIS 5200 and SLIS 5600).  

Students must first complete all three core courses (5000, 5200, 5600) before proceeding with the courses in their program of study.  Students may take other courses concurrently with the core.
