Registration

Students who wish to participate in the Web/Institute will need to register for the courses as follows:

• For SLIS 5000 Introduction to the Profession.
• For SLIS 5200 Introduction to Information Organization. 
• For SLIS 5600 Introduction to Information Access and Retrieval. 

There are three in-state sections and three out-of-state sections for each course.
Dr. Hallam will send each student the necessary registration codes for each section before registration begins.

NOTE: New students MUST take SLIS 5000 either by itself or with one or both of the other core courses (SLIS 5200 and SLIS 5600).
