Registration

The following courses and section numbers should be used for spring 2007 Web Institute in Houston.

• SLIS 4000/5000
  Introduction to the Information Profession
   
• 4600/5600
  Introduction to Information Access and Retrieval
  (Section .005 for students residing outside of Texas and Section .001 for all others)
   
• How to reserve a seat for the spring Web Institute:
  Students accepted into the program who wish attend the summer Web Institute must send an online advising memo to Toby Faber in order to be placed on the reservation list. After receiving the advising memo, Toby Faber will assign a seat and send each student confirmation and registration information.
• All new students who completed the application process and received notification that they are cleared to register, may register during the Early Registration period October 23- December 4.  Tuition and fee payments are due based on when you register.   Registration will be canceled if tuition and fees are not paid by payment deadline.  Students must register online by using the Web registration system at my.unt.edu.

• Regular Registration is January 8 - 11.
