Welcome to the UNT Student Writing Lab—Online
The UNT Student Writing Lab offers free tutoring to all UNT students. The Writing Lab helps students in all disciplines and at all stages of their academic careers—from English Composition students to Graduate students writing dissertations. You can meet with a tutor at our main location in the Auditorium Building, during evening hours at Willis Library, or through our new Digital Tutoring service, which allows you to discuss a paper or ask questions from the comfort of your own home or office—anywhere you may have internet connection.

- Play grammar and punctuation games through our “Exercises” and “Resources” tabs.
- Consult resources for grammar, punctuation, citations, prewriting, and more.
- Obtain information about our new digital tutoring service.

Appointments and Walk-ins
Our Auditorium Building, room 105, location accepts both appointments and walk-ins. However, during busy times in the semester, we sometimes switch to appointments only, so it is a good idea to have an appointment to ensure time with a tutor.

- Call the Writing Lab at (940) 565-2563.
Our Willis Library, room 184, location only accepts walk-ins. Feel free to stop by to see a tutor.
