The chair developed this project plan as part of the original discussions with NISO about a standards committee to develop a U.S. National Z39.50 Profile for Library Applications.  This document will be reviewed and revised at the first meeting of SC AV in November.  The resuling project plan will guide the work of the committee to the completion of its charge.
