New UNT programs for Fall 2020
Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence
In order to meet the increasing demand for AI professionals, the University of North Texas, a Tier One research university, is offering the only Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence in Texas and one of only a few programs nationwide. The new degree offers students the choice of three concentrations: Machine Learning, Autonomous Systems and Biomedical Engineering. Students will be able to take classes that allow them to explore specific interests in AI and leave the program with marketable skills.

Bachelor of Science in Project Design and Analysis
UNT at Frisco’s Project Design and Analysis program, which successfully launched in 2019, is now a fully available cohort degree program allowing students to learn, grow and graduate together as a team. Students earn a Bachelor of Science in just three years and benefit from strong relationships with their cohort and instructors. Collaborative engagement with industry professionals each semester gives students a work-ready competitive edge in today’s job markets. The bachelor’s degree is pending approval by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
Master of Business Administration in Sport Entertainment Management
The 36-credit-hour professional online M.B.A. in Sport Entertainment Management will offer six specialization courses: sports in the global marketplace, corporate partnerships, analytics, event operations, talent management and consultancy. These offerings will supplement the program’s more traditional classes, such as finance, accounting, marketing and strategic management, giving students the advantage of a traditional M.B.A. combined with best business operations practices from sports’ most valuable franchise. In addition to advanced curriculum with real-world applications, students can join immersive, on-site boot camps at multiple locations, including The Star in Frisco, Dallas Cowboys’ World Corporate Headquarters and Training Facility and AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
