Consideration of relevant U.S. constitutional, treaty and statutory provisions; international conventions and agreements; sovereign immunity and act of state doctrines, nationalization and expropriation.Real Estate Law and Contracts (3 hrs)Study of the legal principles governing real estate transactions with an emphasis on promulgated contracts.
