The UIT Helpdesk held charitable baked goods drive this Halloween. $124.43 was raised with all donations going to the CACDC, a local Denton organization that supports children after incidents of abuse. Current student EagleConnect accounts are now licensed to use Office 365 ProPlus!
What comes with Office 365 ProPlus?
On November 19th, 2013 OneDrive and Office Web Apps were added to current student EagleConnect accounts. OneDrive offers 25 GB of cloud based storage and Office Web Apps provide a free browser based version of the Microsoft Office suite.On October 29th, 2013, EagleConnect email was upgraded to Microsoft Office 365 Wave 15. This summer UNT upgraded to Office 365 wave 14, the move to wave 15 added a number of features including an improved User Interface (UI), SkyDrive Pro, and Office Web Apps.
Blackboard Learn now has a browser check which will help you verify if your computer and browser are compatible with the Blackboard Learn system. Please note that the Browser check may state that your browser is not supported. As long as you are using the latest update of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or IE) your browser should be compatible with Blackboard Learn.
