The way that UNT students select their refund preference is about to change. Faculty and staff who take classes, have enrolled dependents or who work with students on campus should be aware of these changes in case students ask them questions.
UNT is partnering with Nelnet Business Solutions to provide an easy and convenient method for all students to receive refunds of any credit balances owed to them. Nelnet’s Student Choice Refunds service will replace the current refunding services provided by BankMobile in late November.
During the week of Nov. 11, students will be notified that they need to select a new refund preference by logging into my.UNT.edu and select a new refund preference within Student Choice Refunds. Students will no longer need to manage separate login credentials in order to select their refund preference, and they may choose between direct deposit or a reloadable debit card of their choice.
