Concur Travel Guest Booking feature changing

Beginning Monday, July 9, the Guest Booking Option in Concur Travel will only be available for use to book travel for guest speakers, students, prospective employees or other non-employee guests of the university.  

Employees of the university should continue to book travel through their individual Concur profiles. If an employee wishes to book travel on behalf of another employee, the employee booking the travel itinerary will need to be set up as a travel assistant (delegate) on the traveler’s profile, which can be accessed through Concur Profile Settings.
