Drug Free Schools and Communities Act

Dear UNT community,

Pursuant to the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989, the University of North Texas is required to establish a drug and alcohol prevention program for its students and employees. UNT also is required to provide this information to students, faculty and staff upon hire and each semester.

The report contains applicable university policies, programs and initiatives regarding drugs and alcohol.

In compliance with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989, you are receiving the link to the UNT Illegal Drugs and Alcohol Policy.
