Dear UNT faculty and staff,
This summer, the results of the Gallup employee engagement survey that you filled out in January were shared with the President’s Cabinet. In the past three months, division leaders have discussed these results with employees and received valuable feedback that will continue to help our university make progress in employee engagement.
I’m now happy to share with you the complete survey results. These have been placed on the Organizational Development website in a section that will also give supervisors and employees resources to help with praise, recognition and engagement.
These resources can be found on the Employee Engagement page. From that page, log on to the site to view the Gallup results.
The Gallup survey was one important step in helping the university create a more engaging and supportive atmosphere for employees. This type of culture helps with employee retention, customer service, job satisfaction, professional growth and helps us all understand the ways we make UNT a successful institution.
Please take a moment to review the survey results and the information on this site. Your feedback and participation is important. We also welcome your stories of how you and your team approach employee engagement and how it has helped in your area. Please share those with us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
