Jan. 22, 2018
Regent Laura Wright, Chancellor Lesa Roe and UNT President Neal Smatresk will speak with faculty and staff beginning at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, in the University Union Emerald Ballroom, 314. They will discuss how to make UNT a “Great Place to Work” and how UNT System Shared Services can better serve the UNT campus.
The chancellor is strengthening the UNT System so that all entities — UNT System, UNT, UNT Health Science Center and UNT Dallas — work together cohesively. She also has put increased emphasis on the UNT System’s goal to make each UNT campus a “Great Place to Work.”
And don’t forget that all UNT faculty and staff members will receive emails from Gallup on Monday, Jan. 29, containing a link to the 2018 UNT employee engagement survey. Your responses and those of your coworkers will help UNT leadership measure where we stand as we work toward becoming one of the top places to work in the state and in the nation.
Faculty and staff who drive to the event and have a Faculty/Staff parking permit may park on the second and third floors of the Union Circle Garage. If you work at Discovery Park, the shuttle can pick you up there and drop you off at the University Union.
