UNT’s Mean Green football team plays Lamar University at Apogee Stadium Sept. 2 (Saturday). Kickoff is at 6 p.m.
Parking for the game will be available in the game day lots at Fouts Field and Victory Hall. See a map showing the game day lots (stripes with green footballs).
To accommodate game day traffic, all vehicles must be out of Fouts Field and Victory Hall parking lots and Mean Green Village lots 71 and 77 by 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 1 (Friday).
Vehicles that are not moved are subject to be towed. Please move your vehicle following the directions below to prevent your vehicle from being towed. Game day towing citations are $125, and that amount will need to be paid at the Transportation Services Office on the first floor of Highland Street Garage in order for the vehicle to be released.
Permit holders who move from Fouts, Victory and Mean Green Village lots may park their vehicles in Eagle or F/S permit lots east of Avenue C — including the lots next to the Art Building and Wooten Hall — starting at 3 p.m. Sept. 1 (Friday). See the parking lot map.
Residents with R or FCS permits may also park in the Highland Street Parking Garage. The gates will be open and parking is free between 3 p.m. on Sept. 1 (Friday) to 6 a.m. on Sept. 5 (Tuesday).
Those with R or FCS permits must move their vehicles back to Fouts Field or Victory Hall parking lots by 6 a.m. on Sept. 5 (Tuesday).
Friday and weekend transportation
On Sept. 1 (Friday), the Eagle Limited shuttle will run from 2:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. See the Eagle Limited shuttle route. This service is for students in Victory Hall who are moving their cars to the east side of campus.
On Fridays and throughout the weekend, students on campus can use the Mean Green Night Rider. See the Mean Green Night Rider route (page 2 shows weekday route after 5 p.m.; page 3 shows the Saturday/Sunday routes).
E-ride on demand runs from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and will pick you up at a campus location and deliver you to another campus location. To schedule a ride, call 940-565-3014.
Please note: the Mean Green weekend bus and e-ride do not run to Victory Hall two hours prior to, and for an hour after, the home games. The routes remain unchanged on the main part of campus. An ADA shuttle will be available at Fouts Field parking lot to take people to Apogee Stadium for three hours prior to game time through an hour after the game. Pick-up location is on the west side of Fouts.
