Pulse check on diversity, inclusion, and discrimination at UNT – An Official Notice from the President

Wednesday, April 7, 2021

Dear UNT student,

For UNT to best support students and help them succeed, we are conducting a shortpulse check as a follow-up to the Campus Climate Survey conducted in 2018. We seek to foster a diverse and inclusive environment where all students regardless of identity, rank, or status feel fully engaged, seen, and heard. As our caring community continues to advance these efforts, we seek your feedback on a variety of topics including diversity, inclusion, and discrimination.

The survey takes about 7 minutes to complete and all responses are confidential and anonymous. Please click here to take the survey: https://tinyurl.com/UNTClimatePulse.

Your voice is valuable in helping UNT prioritize its next steps and identify short- and long-term changes that can improve the student experience and campus climate. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact diversity.inclusion@unt.edu.

We value the opinions of our students and we want to know what life at UNT is like for you. Our commitment to inclusion and our continued embrace of the diversity that makes UNT unique will lead us to become one of the greatest places to learn and grow.

UNT Proud,
Neal Smatresk
UNT President
