Student portal, my.unt.edu will be down during Thanksgiving break

Please be advised that the student portal, my.unt.edu, will be down during the Thanksgiving break due to a system upgrade.

When: The upgrade will take place from 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2018 through Sunday, November 25, 2018.

Notifications will be sent out when the upgrade has completed.

During the upgrade, you will not have access to the following:

• Student accounts,

• Registration,

• Admissions,

• Financial aid, and

• Other portal services.

Blackboard, Canvas, EagleConnect, and Outlook Webmail access will continue to be available during those four days.

Because of the upgrade, the process for campus department deposits will be modified during Thanksgiving week. Student Financial Services will be unable to process departmental deposits on Wednesday, Nov. 21. 

Available deposits brought to Student Financial Services by 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20 will be processed that day. Deposits submitted after 4 p.m. on Nov. 20 and on Nov. 21 will be processed Monday, Nov. 26.

The upgrade will not interfere with the installment payment deadline scheduled for Monday, Dec. 3. Any required payment should be made by the deadline. Student Financial Services will provide notification via email to students with payments due.

Once complete, the upgrade will not affect the functionality or user interface of the student portal. 

The student portal will be available for use on Monday morning, November 26.
