Phishing emails are deceptive messages used to collect personal and business information. In the most recent example the “From” address for this phishing email is “Faculty Admin [mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org]," which is a fake address. The screen shot (graphic) below shows the content of this phishing email.

As a reminder, phishers send emails that make you think the sender is a reputable or trustworthy source but they are really trying to get you to reveal personal information or attempting to harm your computer or software in some way.
